One-Pot Dry Noodles

New milestone: Twinnies started their primary life last year, from preparing a meal + snack to 2 meals + 1 snack. Sounded challenging but I knew I can do it!

Using Thermie near one year, I'm really thank you my hubby who willing to buy it. It really makes cooking easy and time saving :)


This post I would like to share one of my favorite recipe: One-Pot Noodles. We love noodles especially Twinnies, cooking it very often just with a slight change in ingredients ^^

Here is my Thermie style of Dry Noodles:

ONE-Pot Dry Noodles (Servings 1 + 2)

Ingredients:
1000g Water
150 g Organic Noodles (1.5 piece)
200 g Baby Choy Sum/Bak Choy/Cabbage
100 g Bunapi Shimeiji Mushroom
Fish Balls/Fish Cake
Hard-boiled Egg (optional)

[Sauce]
1/2 tbsp (10g) Dark Soy Sauce
15 g Light Soy Sauce
5 g (1 tsp) Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
30 ml Water
1 tbsp Fragrant oil (shallot oil/garlic oil)

[Instructions]
Wash and drain vegetable thoroughly, cut about 2 inches in length and trim off the bottom of Bunapi Shimeiji Mushroom. Set aside.
Combine sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Boil water, 8 mins/Varoma/soft Speed.
Put in vegetables, fish balls, Bunapi Shimeiji mushrooms and noodles to cook, 2 mins/Varoma/Reverse/Soft Speed.
Insert simmering basket, strained away water.
Add in sauce ingredients and mix well with noodles, 30 seconds/Reverse/Soft Speed.
