Basque Burnt Cheesecake
This is one of the easier cheesecake recipe thus far I have learnt, baked this for the first time during our first lock down in our country last year.
It has a light and creamy texture, and we love the caramelized burnt top!
There is only 7 ingredients required to bake this yummy cheesecakes: cream cheese, eggs, sugar, whipping cream, cake flour, vanilla extract and lemon juice.
