Low carb Keto Almond Flour Blueberry Pancakes

All of us know that the most important meal of the day is BREAKFAST. This is one of the meal that I struggle most due to my choice of a low carb diet, which makes breakfast variety another challenge.

Today I was not cooking the usual omelette, bacons or ham for breakfast but instead made these yummy fluffy blueberry pancakes from almond flour, replacing the usual all purpose flour. It’s not only a low carb treat but also gluten-free! 

These gluten-free free and keto blueberry pancakes will be one of my staple breakfast treat!
